Thank you for shopping at DarkNGet Shop. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (courses, PDF documents, login credentials, account access), all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered.
This policy is in accordance with standard digital goods practices and the Information Technology Act. Once login credentials, PDF links, or other digital access is delivered to your email/WhatsApp, we cannot offer refunds.
2. When We Will Assist
We will work to resolve the following issues:
- Non-delivery due to technical error (you were charged but did not receive the product)
- Duplicate payment charged for the same order
- Product significantly different from description
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@darknget.com with your Order ID.
3. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is initiated. If your payment fails, you will not be charged.
4. Chargebacks
Filing an unjustified chargeback after receiving the digital product may result in account suspension and legal action. We maintain complete transaction records.
